When Matthew Slater returned a blocked punt for a touchdown in Week 4, it was the 11th consecutive Patriots touchdown that was scored by a different player.
Below are the longest team touchdown streaks within a single season where there was not a repeat scorer. This includes three streaks that were aided by the 1987 players strike in which teams were largely comprised of entirely different rosters of replacement players. Also of note, the 1987 Bengals (including replacements) are the only team able to string together at least 11 in a row entirely on offense.
The player who eventually broke the streak (unless it is at the end of a season) is indicated with an asterisk.
